The Mabel Wood photographs collection is comprised of studio portraits of Wood, an Oregon resident and teacher, and members of her family. The earliest image dates from the wedding of Wood's parents, Isaac and Minnie Wood, in 1887. Portraits of Mabel Wood range in date from the 1920s through the 1940s. The collection additionally contains recent color prints of a memorial service at Wood's grave. With the exception of an image by the Kennell-Ellis Studio, the photographers of the images are unknown. The collection is unprocessed.
